Carina graduated from Deakin University, achieving a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in 2013. After completing a Bachelor of Biomedical Science at The University of Melbourne in 2009, she undertook her medical internship and subsequent Hospital residency years at Barwon Health, completing a Diploma in Child Health and later a Diploma in Obstetrics & Gynaecology with RANZCOG.
Carina obtained fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2021. Carina has a special interest in women’s health, discussing contraception needs and being skilled in Intrauterine device insertion. She is accredited for GP shared antenatal care and provides comprehensive care with early pregnancy choices.
Carina is a mum to 3 young children and enjoys playing community level Hockey in Geelong.
