The closest stop is Sirovilla Retirement Village on Colac Road which is approximately a 230 metre walk from Kardinia Health. The service runs at approximately 20 minute intervals with a travel time of approximately 18 minutes (this will vary with traffic conditions).

Every effort will be made to accommodate your preferred time and choice of practitioner. Longer consultations are available, so please advise our reception staff if you require some extra time.
Home visits are provided at GP discretion for our registered patients unable to attend the clinic. To request a home visit, please contact our reception staff, (03) 5202 9333, your request will be discussed with your GP and you will be notified of the GPs decision.
When our practice is closed, please call the National Home Visiting Doctor Service on 13 74 25.
This service is bulk billed upon presentation of a valid Medicare card.
The GPs at Kardinia Health do not prescribe drugs of dependence at the first consultation. An appointment with your regular GP is required for repeat prescription of pain medication or drugs of dependence including Opioids and Benzodiazepines.
Kardinia Health is a Private billing Practice for GP and Allied Health services.
Pension card holders and Health Care card Holders are billed at a reduced fee (Concession Fee)
Appointments on Saturday are all Privately Billed, concession is not available
Fees for consultation and services at Kardinia Health are payable at the time of consultation by cash, Mastercard, Visa or EFTPOS

You are able to book a Telehealth appointment with a practitioner, you will receive a phone call at your appointment time from a Private/Unknown number.
GPs generally will not take calls whilst they are consulting, you are welcome to leave a message and your call will be returned at the earliest opportunity. Alternatively, you may wish to speak to one of our Practice Nurses.
Urgent calls will always be dealt with promptly.

Please note that test results will not be given over the telephone.
If your doctor refers you for pathology, imaging or other diagnostic tests, you will be advised of when you should expect results.
When your results have been processed you will receive a text message advising if you need to make an appointment to discuss.
Alternatively, you may wish to make an appointment to discuss your test results with your doctor.
Recall for abnormal results will be made either by phone or mail, so please ensure that we have your most up to date contact details.
