Reception First

  • To speak with a GP, please contact our reception team.
  • Reception will organise a telehealth appointment or forward a message to your GP.
  • Your GP will either:
    • Call you back at a convenient time (usually at the end of the day), or
    • Provide a message for reception to communicate back to you.

Telehealth Appointments

  • You can book a telehealth consultation with a practitioner.
  • On the day of your appointment, you will receive a phone call from a Private/Unknown number.
  • Telehealth consultations are billed the same as in-clinic appointments.

Urgent Calls

  • Urgent calls are always handled promptly.
