Reception First
- To speak with a GP, please contact our reception team.
- Reception will organise a telehealth appointment or forward a message to your GP.
- Your GP will either:
- Call you back at a convenient time (usually at the end of the day), or
- Provide a message for reception to communicate back to you.
Telehealth Appointments
- You can book a telehealth consultation with a practitioner.
- On the day of your appointment, you will receive a phone call from a Private/Unknown number.
- Telehealth consultations are billed the same as in-clinic appointments.
Urgent Calls
- Urgent calls are always handled promptly.
