Glenn is a registered psychologist who has worked in a range of community and private settings providing individual therapy and group work facilitation. He works with adults and adolescents in the treatment of trauma, anxiety, depression, panic, relationship difficulties, sleep disturbance and adjustment issues.

He is also passionate about promoting healthy coping strategies, balanced thought processes, adaptive behaviours and functional relationships. Glenn utilizes a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches including cognitive behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness, schema-based therapy and trauma-focused interventions. Glenn has a strong background in trauma recovery, complicated grief and community psychology.
