Daniel is a registered psychologist with over eight years of experience working with adults and adolescents struggling with issues such as anxiety, depression, gender identity, life transition, trauma, sexuality, shyness, sleep difficulties and workplace stress.

He takes a primarily cognitive approach to psychotherapy, working to foster a sense of control over mental distress through identifying and challenging beliefs, emotional responses and behavioural patterns. Daniel also includes mindfulness techniques that help focus attention onto the present moment.

Daniel’s qualifications include a MA in Clinical Psychology and holds memberships with the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS) and the Australian and New Zealand Professional Association for Transgender Health (ANZPATH).
